What's the time commitment?

Setting up your Kanva is done in less than 2 minutes. The decks are all plug-and-play, so no need to rush to the store for gums, post-its or markers.

Doing the work is all up to you. Some users prefer to work in a straight line for an hour. Others cut their time into smaller blocks, and add a little bit everytime.

I'm brainstorming alone - will this work for me?

Kanva is designed for groups as well as for individuals. The most important thing is that you process the information yourself, so you will thorougly understand your final result.

We added the manual that will spark new insights, and we also encourage the use of AI tools as a sparring partner when you are working alone.

How does the AI consultant work?

When you order a deck, you receive an activation code by email, linked to your deck and in the right language. Activate it on https://kanva-ai-app.vercel.app and you get unlimited access included throughout 2026.

The AI consultant guides you through the deck, asks the right questions, challenges your thinking, researches live and turns your work into a polished output. From 2027, an annual subscription will be required to keep using it.
